Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed (about 1 ½ cups)
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and seasonings in a large bowl.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
- Combine the crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbling.
- Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- To make ahead, prepare the casserole and store it in the fridge for up to 24 hours before baking.
- For extra crunch, add Parmesan cheese to the cracker topping.
- Swap in gluten-free crackers for a GF version.
