Description

A creamy, cheesy, and comforting Million Dollar Chicken Casserole that’s easy to make and packed with flavor. Perfect for family dinners or meal prep!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed (about 1 ½ cups)
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and seasonings in a large bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
  4. Combine the crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbling.
  6. Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • To make ahead, prepare the casserole and store it in the fridge for up to 24 hours before baking.
  • For extra crunch, add Parmesan cheese to the cracker topping.
  • Swap in gluten-free crackers for a GF version.
