Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer – Set the air fryer to 390°F (199°C) and let it preheat for 2-3 minutes.
  • Prepare the Salmon – Rinse the fillets under cold water to remove any ice crystals, then pat them dry.
  • Season the Fillets – Brush each fillet with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Arrange in the Air Fryer – Place the salmon fillets in a single layer, skin-side down, in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook in Two Stages:
    • Air fry for 7 minutes to thaw.
    • Flip the fillets (optional) and cook for another 6-8 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
